TIMING: Results / timing is optional. If you have a (red) Trail Tag from previous events, please bring it along and wear on right wrist. Runners also have the option of renting a temporary (blue) Amarider Trail tag at R25 and will be given to you at registration with your race number. The temporary tag will be taken off at the finish line. Winners are 'caught' at the finish line and remember that late entries or any changes on the day of the event (at registration) will only show on the results one or two days after the event.

TRAIL TAG:
1. Only run with your own TrailTag
2. Please return your rental tags at the finish line.
3. The reader is powerful enough to read through arm warmers etc.
Runners must stay on the marked trail. Listen to the MC at the start and follow yellow boards. Do not turn unless there is an arrow. Follow signs in front of you! Race numbers must be visible at all times, especially at the finish line.
Please do not litter! We also urge you to not leave valuables in your vehicle. We can keep car keys/valuables at registration for you.

Spring is here – and what better way to celebrate than out on the trails!
These beautiful routes on the slopes of Klapmutskop are specially opened for this event and include vineyard tracks, mountain views and plenty of fun singletrack. They’re not the easiest routes – but they are SO worth it!
VENUE: Warwick Wine Estate, R44 between Stellenbosch & Klapmuts

6.25km – 08h45

Late entries will be accepted on event day at an additional fee. Please note that U18 runners entering late will pay the normal late-entry fee.
Timing: Amarider Trail Tag timing is available. Trail Tags can be rented for R25.
THE ROUTES
Both routes climb onto the slopes of Klapmutskop, combining vineyard and jeep tracks with some fantastic singletrack sections before heading back towards Warwick.
Expect beautiful Winelands views, varied terrain and some proper trail running! These are rewarding routes with a few good climbs – and access to trails that are not normally open to the public.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Finishers medal for every runner

- Prizes for the top three male and female runners in each distance

You can also try 361° shoes out on the trail on the day.
STAY FOR THE MORNING
The coffee station will be open from registration, and PVM nutrition will be giving away samples.
After your run, settle in under the trees in Warwick's courtyard with a glass of wine or beer while we wait for the prizegiving and lucky draws. There's also a kids' play area, making it a great morning out for the whole family.
Burgers and cheese platters are served from 11h00 or make a day of it and book one of Warwick's famous picnic experiences. Booking can be done online for meals.
